- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for early technology access
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their implications on business strategy
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (showcase 2+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum systems, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
