- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate breakthrough solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent intelligence research
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Manage vendor partnerships and pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Document innovation frameworks and establish KPIs for technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-facing technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
