Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and 2026 industry projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate and prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruptors to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for long-term technological adoption
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- CFR (Certified Foresight Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
