Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategies for 2026+ roadmap, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and disruptors to identify competitive advantages and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with long-term business vision
- Create implementation frameworks for futuristic technologies, including pilot programs and scalability plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators for innovation scouting
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop responsible deployment guidelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and research communities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
