- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology disruption scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and ethical tech adoption
- Mentor emerging talent through our 'Future Leaders' accelerator program
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
