Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (2026+ horizon) across AI, quantum, biotech, and space tech domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating technological innovations into product pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Manage technology scouting initiatives and evaluate emerging startup investments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
