Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 3-5 year vision
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of global tech innovations
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future concepts
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with futures methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (bonus)
