Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into core business operations
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Develop KPIs to measure technology-driven innovation ROI and market impact
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (papers, patents, or keynotes)
