- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications
- Secure $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (AI/quantum/bio)
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Harvard/MIT/Stanford PhD or equivalent industry credentials
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
- Global network of 200+ tech ecosystem contacts
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and German preferred
