- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted communication systems
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech (neural interfaces, autonomous drones, etc.)
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Mentor engineers in next-gen cybersecurity protocols and zero-trust architectures
- Publish thought leadership on future tech implications in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or similar innovation bodies
- Published research in IEEE Xplore or Nature journals
