Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
