Responsibilities

- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven forecasts
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across pilot projects and strategic partnerships
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums shaping 2026+ regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish preferred for global partnership development
