Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory developments affecting future tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption success and ROI

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
