Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 industry trends and market demands
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead high-impact R&D projects with $5M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders, securing executive buy-in and resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech disruptions and regulatory impacts, adapting strategies proactively
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing P&L for tech innovation portfolios
