Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026 horizon) and assess commercial viability for strategic adoption
- Develop roadmaps for technology integration across product lines and service offerings
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and patent landscapes for competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven experience forecasting technology trends with 3-5 year vision
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams and budgets
