Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis and patent research
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation impact metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products in quantum computing or generative AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Executive presence with successful board-level presentations
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM, CIMP)
