Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging threats/opportunities in tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor technical teams on future-focused technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong financial acumen for ROI analysis and technology investment decisions
