- Monitor competitive landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives across product portfolios

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI, machine learning, and quantum computing
- Experience developing 5-year+ technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
