Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships for R&D initiatives
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across 3+ regions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization projects
