- Manage R&D budget allocation and ROI tracking for experimental projects
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile innovation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Ensure all innovations align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and lean startup principles
