Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning business goals with emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Immersive Web experiences.Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies and competitor strategies that will define the landscape in 2026.Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions.Prioritize investment opportunities and allocate resources for high-impact initiatives that drive long-term value.Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term vision.Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking across the organization.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field, with a proven track record of forward-thinking leadership.Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically those expected to mature by 2026 (e.g., AI agents, spatial computing, edge computing).Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence without authority.Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., Silicon Valley tech sector).Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
