Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process for the 2026 technology roadmap, defining milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical vision with business goals and revenue targets.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and technology adoption.
- Present complex strategic plans to stakeholders and executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies to de-risk future product development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-level strategic roadmaps and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, or Spatial Computing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
