Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum products
- Deep expertise in neural network optimization and quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technical professionals
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Strategic consulting background with Fortune 500 clients
- Active membership in IEEE or ACM with conference chair experience
