Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and prepares the organization for the technological shifts of 2026.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Continuously research and analyze cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech, to identify viable opportunities for integration.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor technology strategies and industry standards to ensure Apex Horizon Systems maintains a competitive edge.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and pilot programs to test and validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Financial Planning: Work with finance to estimate costs and ROI for future tech initiatives, ensuring budget allocation supports the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Business Development within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps and influencing executive decision-making.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Data Analytics, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Strategic Planning or Emerging Tech (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, TOGAF) are a plus.
