Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision that aligns with the company's long-term goals.
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, and Marketing, to translate strategic insights into actionable roadmaps.
- Present complex technological concepts to stakeholders and non-technical leadership to drive buy-in for new initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide real-time strategic adjustments.
- Oversee the pilot programs and proof-of-concept phases for future technology adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (5+ years forward).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in managing ambiguity and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
