Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate disruptive technologies that align with business goals.
- Ethical AI & Governance: Establish frameworks for the responsible deployment of AI and machine learning, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to pilot experimental technologies, such as generative AI models and quantum algorithms.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging tech trends to predict shifts in the market and advise executive leadership.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and technologists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for investors, board members, and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a strategic leadership role within the technology sector, with at least 5 years dedicated to future-tech or R&D strategy.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, blockchain, and quantum computing concepts; practical experience with tech stack evaluation is required.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing long-term technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
