Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Lead the development of the company’s 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Green Tech) and integrating them into business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to forecast market shifts and advise executive leadership on long-term strategic pivots.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts, ensuring feasibility and ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-level initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal innovation sprints and hackathons to foster a culture of forward-thinking problem solving.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting with a focus on emerging tech.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies (5+ years horizon) with successful execution.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, IoT, and cloud computing architectures.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
