Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive strategic roadmap for the 2026 Vision initiative, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-generation technologies, including generative AI and autonomous systems.
- Analyze emerging global technology trends to identify high-impact opportunities for market disruption.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for future tech adoption across all departments.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and responsible innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, executive consulting, or senior product management.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
