Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems in regulated industries
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in Web3 protocols and decentralized governance models
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable expertise
