- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech investments with sustainability and ethical innovation goals
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists and technical specialists while fostering a culture of experimentation
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven impact in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR, Biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (patents, white papers, TED talks)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile and waterfall methodologies
- Fluency in strategic forecasting tools (scenario planning, Delphi method, SWOT analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational tech initiatives launched in the past 5 years
