- Project Leadership: Oversee the lifecycle of high-priority technology initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation by scouting new technologies and prototyping potential applications within the organization.
- Resource Allocation: Assess and manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal investment in tools and talent.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategies and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
