Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and carbon-negative AI
- Lead patent strategy for emerging tech (target: 15+ filings annually)
- Direct $50M+ R&D budget across 3 innovation labs
- Partner with MIT/Stanford on quantum supremacy projects
- Develop commercialization frameworks for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in AI ethics and sustainable tech
- Present to Fortune 100 CTOs on industry disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Sustainable Tech with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Track record of commercializing emerging tech (3+ products launched)
- Expertise in quantum error correction or neuromorphic architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Secured $10M+ in government/private research grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Q#)
- Patent portfolio with 15+ granted US/international patents
