Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global sustainability and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, carbon-negative tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs, AI research institutes, and sustainable tech accelerators
- Anticipate and mitigate ethical/societal impacts of emerging technologies through rigorous foresight analysis
- Present visionary tech plans to C-suite and board members using immersive data storytelling and scenario modeling
- Mentor junior innovators in futures-thinking methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling tech investment narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech with 3+ patents/publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Track record of securing >$10M in innovation funding through stakeholder storytelling
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams (engineers, ethicists, designers, policymakers)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse architecture, and decentralized governance models
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
