Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current product ecosystems
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-generation prototypes
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Drive sustainable technology practices across all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transformation initiatives
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
