Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision, aligning it with organizational goals and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and predict their impact on the industry by 2026.
- Roadmap Development: Create detailed, phased roadmaps that outline key milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineering teams to executive leadership.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify and pilot high-potential innovations that can be scaled for the 2026 launch cycle.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements and market shifts to ensure we are one step ahead of the curve.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to measure the success of the 2026 initiatives and pivot strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
