Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning process for the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key innovations that will drive market leadership.
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to forecast their impact on the industry and our business.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 vision.
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis to ensure Horizon Dynamics remains ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex technological concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and futurist think tanks.
- Drive the adoption of 'Future-Ready' methodologies across all departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic foresight or trend forecasting with a specific focus on the 2026+ timeframe.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Advanced Robotics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
