Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 tech roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 2026+ roadmap experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
