Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the demands of 2026 and the future.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and produce actionable intelligence for stakeholders.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate partnerships with tech startups and research institutions to accelerate innovation.
- Tech Stack Evolution: Oversee the transition and integration of next-gen tools into our current development lifecycle.
- Mentorship: Guide technical teams on emerging best practices and futuristic architectural patterns.
- Budget Management: Manage innovation budgets for pilot programs and experimental projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in a strategic, technical, or product leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Quantum Computing principles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term problem solving and scalability.
