Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Systems.
- Design complex, distributed system architectures that support high-traffic, mission-critical applications.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business units to translate strategic goals into technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimization across all cloud environments.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and large language model deployment.
