Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI governance, or climate-tech innovation
- Proven track record launching futuristic products (2023-2025)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research on technology forecasting or singularity ethics
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA-style R&D programs
