Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing high-performance R&D teams of 50+ members
