Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company as industry disruptor
- Collaborate with C-suite on long-term digital transformation roadmap
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
- Ensure ethical implementation and sustainability of future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic innovations
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Certified in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS Quantum)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
