Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating emerging AI, blockchain, and quantum computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital products with agile methodologies
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities in sustainable tech and IoT
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics including carbon-neutral tech adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership papers for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in AI/ML implementation
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-tech projects launched in the last 5 years
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing Fundamentals, Advanced AI Ethics)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Experience scaling tech operations across 3+ international markets
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology adoption
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
