- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, decentralized networks) for strategic integration
- Present tech visions to C-suite and investor boards with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine symbiosis
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on 3+ major tech disruptions
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate-tech innovation
- Track record of launching technologies adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional data modeling skills for forecasting tech adoption curves
- Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
