Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven experience developing future technology roadmaps (2025-2030)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strong background in digital transformation and innovation management
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Track record of managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
