Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor cross-disciplinary innovation teams in agile methodologies
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (2024-2027)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven experience leading quantum/AI projects or similar disruptive fields
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Deep understanding of Web3, IoT, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech architecture designs
