- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future tech integration
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Published author or speaker at major tech events (AWS re:Invent, CES, etc.)
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets
