Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap aligning with 2026 market projections and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI integration and biometric interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Silicon Valley pioneers
- Develop predictive analytics models for technological adoption curves
- Oversee prototype development of next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Present future tech vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers in exponential technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology trends (quantum, nanotech, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
