Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps analyzing quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, Berkeley) for pilot programs
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary innovations in decentralized AI systems
- Mentor junior technologists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity topics
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
