- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and futurists

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Published author or speaker at TED/TechCrunch Disrupt
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA/NIH)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
